Terms of Service
Last updated: February 27, 2026
Service description
SecretDrop (“the Service”) is a platform for managing Sirr server licenses, team members, and billing. Sirr is an open-source, self-hosted ephemeral secret manager licensed under BSL 1.1.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to store, distribute, or facilitate access to illegal content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, secrets, or infrastructure. You may not use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or other abusive activities.
Data and privacy
We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics data only on public (unauthenticated) pages to understand browsing behavior and improve the user experience. This data is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We use cookies strictly for authentication and language preferences. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Polar). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support if you believe you were charged in error.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the Service. Self-hosted Sirr instances are entirely under your control and responsibility.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
